Power plays and next moves – BBNaija
The reality of the competition in the No Loose Guardhouse has started to sink in, especially with the eviction of friends Tami (Damilola and Tami). Here are some of the gists we’ve picked up among the pairs.
Custodians gist
Mayor Frosh and Toby Forge this morning had a conversation on how the audience voted. Ocee chipped in saying that regardless of how the audience voted, if one is not true to oneself, it has an impact on the game. He also advice Streeze not to think too much about how they made it into the bottom four in the first week.
In a later conversation, Streeze had a real talk on how they need to try and win the immunity challenge in the coming week because of the reality of where they are. Mayor Frosh told his partner that before they are put on the spot to exercise their powers as custodians, they should prepare. They concluded their chat acknowledging that they are in a position of power and it’s not about connections. According to Streeze, everyone is here to play a game and they should do things with wisdom.
What’s Victoria playing at?
Victoria is testing Shaun’s limits and the latter isn’t finding it funny. Shaun complained to Wanni x Handi about Victoria jumping the queue during shower time. According to him, “I don’t get angry over little things and any apology tendered after an action means nothing to me as the person already thought about it.”
After hearing Shaun’s side, Wanni concluded that Victoria likes Shaun romantically because of her passive-aggressive attitude. Shaun however countered this refusing to accept that Victoria has feelings for him and it’s his attention she wants. On her part, Handi thinks Victoria should work on her communication skills.
It seems Shatoria hasn’t taken Biggie’s advice to have a conversation.
Zinwe’s failed HOH campaign
Zinwe’s failure to make Heads of House this week was a sore point for Chinwe. She made this known immediately after they cast their ballot for DJ Flo. Apparently, Chinwe had made some subtle campaigns to some housemates about her intention to be the HOH but her seeds didn’t fall on fertile soil as the pairs voted otherwise. If it’s any consolation, Flourish cast their ballot for Zinwe. DJ Flo also encouraged Chinwe to campaign better next week.
Now that we’re in a new week, strategies are being hatched, and personal dynamics are evolving. The coming days promise to be filled with drama, competition, and unexpected twists and we are here for it!
