Chores, task clashes, and chaos – BBNaija
From song selection drama to who’s cleaning what, this week’s pressure is testing everyone’s patience.
Tensions are bubbling in the No Loose Guardhouse, and the upcoming tasks aren’t making things any easier. The pressure is real, and we’re seeing some cracks in relationships – Doubleday, Chekas, and Solly (Sooj and Nelly) are feeling the strain. Day 24 isn’t letting up, and a new set of challenges is turning up the heat even more. 🔥
Who’s doing what this week?
The Head of House, Nelita, tried sorting out the chore list this morning, but things got messy real quick. Fairme David of the Radicals had had enough and officially complained about being stuck with toilet duty – again! Nelly had promised him a change in the schedule, so he couldn’t understand why he was still assigned to it. Lucky for him, his complaint paid off, and he got moved to sweep the lounge, which he was more than happy to accept. Meanwhile, Ben isn’t feeling the five-person kitchen crew. He’s wondering why there are so many cooks when they only need three. 👩🍳 Victoria and Kassia are also tired of kitchen work, considering how everyone drops off their dishes, much to Kassia’s frustration.
Song selection wahala
After Nelly read out Biggie’s brief for the ad-hoc task where housemates have to vibe with each other and get into each other’s worlds, Anita was quick to shift focus to song selection for the upcoming wager task. It’s been her top priority since the brief arrived, but getting everyone on the same page is proving tough. Everybody seems to have their ideas for how the performances and dance battles should go down. The main clash? Chekas and Radicals – two of the best dancers in the house – are butting heads hard. Ocee thinks they are overthinking it, and should decide on doing three rounds and not five. His bestie Chizoba affirmed Ocee’s idea, adding that it was the original idea, and failed to understand why people moved away from it in the first place. 💁♀️
Clash of ideas
Meanwhile, Chizoba and Onyeka are back at it with their usual creative differences. Onyeka is leading the planning, but Shaun is questioning why she’s taking charge and thinks she should stick to her strengths – a sentiment her sister shared. Onyeka seemed to agree with Shaun, continuing to speak about the matter with Ocee. Ocee thinks Onyeka’s professional dancing expertise should not keep her sister from contributing to the task. He will, however, speak to Chizoba about the way she communicates when she feels unheard. Aww, what a bestie! ❤
Fairme David is over the back-and-forth and his frustration is showing. Kellyrae finally stepped in, telling him to cool it and be more considerate, reminding him, “Treat people the way you want to be treated.” Kellyrae didn’t look too pleased delivering the advice though – seems like there’s some hidden tension between him and Fairme David. 👀
